ASEGURATE DE TENER ACTIVADO LA OPCIÓN DE :

*MOSTRAR TODO LOS ARCHIVOS Y CARPETAS OCULTOS

ESO LO ENCUNTRA EN:

ABRES EL PANEL DE COTROL, BUSCAS opciones de carpeta, abres en la pestaña que dice ver buscas ARCHIVOS Y CARPETAS OCULTAS, ahi tienes dos opciones

*Mostrar todos....

*No mostrar...

elijes el primero y listo, una vez termines de hacer todo eso vuelves otra vez y lo desactivas.
