Animate! CD-ROMs: videotutoriales de Anzovin

Ya disponible el primer volumen de una serie de CDs sobre los fundamentos de la animación. Aunque no es limitante al software, está realizado en Animation:Master y los CDs traen material de apoyo para seguir los tutoriales con este programa.

Animate! With Cristin McKee, Volume I: Animation Fundamentals is the first volume in a new multi-disc series on character animation with Animation:Master. This is essentially a complete animation course for beginning to advanced-intermediate animators. Future volumes will be released as each disc is completed over the next few months.

In this initial disc, Anzovin Studio animator Cristin McKee thoroughly explores the techniques and theory of basic character animation. Cristin takes you step-by-step through the fundamental principles of animation, while also calling attention to many beginners' mistakes and explaining how to avoid them. Numerous examples are animated "live" to give viewers a detailed look at the animation process of a professional animator. All of the animation examples include "right" and "wrong" versions which are analyzed in depth to provide a framework for distinguishing between good and poor animation. A complete and detailed lesson plan supplements the training materials, making Animate! With Cristin McKee an excellent text for any animation curriculum.

"My goal,” says Cristin, who has been developing this series for more than a year, "is to show new animators practical ways to apply the established rules and tricks of animation--approaches that I always wished someone had taught me while I was in the early stages of learning to animate." El set me es imprescindible... y tener pasta también..., mi pequeña gasta mas que la gasolina de barco pesquero.

Creo que es el juego y no la pelicula.
Yo tengo los dos primeros cds y siempre es un placer ver como trabaja un animador.
Quizá en lo "negativo" encuentro que falta algo de elaboración en la planificación de los videos y esa improvisación que es buena porque por un lado ves que no hay trampa ni carton, a veces creo que va un poco en contra de la didactica de los videos. De todas maneras hay unos fragmentos de los videos para que los interesados tengan una pequeña muestra.

Se me olvidaba.

Por supuesto esta en Inglés, bastante limpio, es fácil de entender hasta para alguíen con mi nivel de inglés, aunque Cristin habla a veces un pelin rapido.
