tengo un error con el mental ray solamente al cargar el motor, seleccionar el material, pero al asignarle una texutra en difuse x ejemplo algunos shader no cargan y me sale este mensaje_

con el 3ds max 2012 por lo menos no se cuelga el programa y con el 2011 se cierra siemplemente
uso Windows 7 x 64
los programs están con todas las actualizaciones
no entiendo que esta mal
