DIGITAL COMPOSITOR / VFX ARTIST.
BE AND BIRD ANIMATION STUDIOS BARCELONA is a company dedicated to 3D productions for an international clients.
We are hiring for senior Compositor/VFX position for an intern project.
Contract duration: 2 months full time job in our studio in Barcelona.
Duties and responsibilities.
Create a complex multi-layered script composites from diferent sources
Match color, lighting of stock elements to rendered or photographed elements
Clean and eficient script organization. Allow other compositors pick up your script if it is necessary
2D/3D camera tracking
God Understanding of color space, file formats to achieve complex composites
Work with CG Supervisor and lighting members in order to achieve compositing objectives
Contribute to creative and technical conversations, with a view to raising the quality level of the final image.
Manage the overload of work. Advice to the lead of any issue that could may affect the delivery, mil estones or quality
Responsible for creating a variety of 3D/2D assets produced by the layout artists such a particles or fluidos system.
Requirements.
3 years experience compositing with Nuke
o Experience in other áreas of visual effects (TV commercials)
o Integrate CG elements and matte painting
o Maya knowledge
o Experience develooping particle systems and geometry based visual effects
o Strong problem solving skills
o Ability to work well under pressure and met deadlines, whilst maintaining high quality result
God verbal and written english communication skills.
Pluses.
Proven experience in producing effects such as smoke, fire, clouds, steam and explosions, plus experience with particle
Previous experience in a VFX environment
An understanding of the whole crowd pipeline
Experience in característica films.
God understanding of Python development
