Texto de la oferta: At Super Squad we are looking for our next incorporation, a Mid-Senior Game Designer with experience on professional games, preferable RPG, strategy or puzzle games.

Requisitos mínimos:
1) The basics (35%):
-Attitude
-Aptitude
-Natural

2) The soft-skills (35%):
-Fluent English and good communication skills. But really, at least a level close to C1 or bigger.
-Professional: proactive, enthusiastic, flexible, capable of working autonomously and energetic.

-Game economy and balancing
-Strong ability to analyze, understand, create and improve gameplay mechanics
-Deep up-to-date knowledge of the free-to-play market in mobile platforms
-Experience creating Game Design Documentation
-Demostrable experience on past projects (in-game economics and monetization)

Requisitos deseados:
-Statistic Knowledge, being able to formulate indexes to identify strengths and weaknesses of the economy design in the game
-Unity3D user skills

Responsabilidades:
-Balancing in-game mechanics
-Design/improve core game mechanics
-In-game items definition
-Game documentation (GDD, Ten-page, etc)
-Design in-game economy and monetization system
-Make professional gameplay proposals

Texto de la oferta: At Super Squad we are looking for our next incorporation, a Mid-Senior Game Developer with professional experience and solid software engineering knowledge.

Requisitos mínimos:
5+ years of engineering experience
3+ years of Unity experience
Exceptional competencies in data structures, algorithms, software design and OOP
Proficiency in C#, object-oriented programming, and component-based architectures; proficiency in C++ is a plus
Passion for API design and developing clean and maintainable code
BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Requisitos deseados:

Front-end programming skills
Experience programming complex gameplay behaviors
Experience working in a client-server environment
Experience of UI development
Experience developing AI algorithms
Experience optimizing game performance and memory usage
Experience developing with 3D graphics and effects
Excellent communication skills and attitude
Excellent knowledge of Unity3D using C#
Shipped at least one mobile (iOS or Android) title using Unity
Strong attention to detail (please mention “beauty is in the details” in your application), rigorous in self-testing code and delivering high-quality work
