UI Designer.

Crytek is looking for a UI Designer to support our Warface team in our Frankfurt, Germany based studio.

Responsibilities:
Develop UI for a high profile game.
Work together with Artists, Designers, and Programmers to design and develop innovative UI elements.

Established interpersonal and organizational skills. Must work well in a team oriented environment.

Take initiative and willing to expand own horizon.

Report to: Lead Designer.

Requirements:
Proficient with Adobe CS/C products
Strong artistic, as well as technical background.

Expertise on user interfaz design principales and usability.

Strong portfolio showcasing UI, HUD, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, Web Design, etc.

Solid understanding of Iconography and Typography.
Willing to relocate to Frankfurt am Main área, Germany.

Preferencias:
BFA in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, 3D art or similar background/traditional training.

Familiarity with Scaleform / Actionscript is a plus.

Knowledge of Actionscript as related to the development of Flash applications and UI design
Versión-control systems (Perforce, SVN, CVS, VS) familiarity.

Experience in the games industry.

Shipped-title experience.

Concept Artist.

Crytek is looking for a Concept Artist to support our Warface team in our Frankfurt, Germany based studio.

Responsibilities:
Creating concepts based on written GD descriptions
Creating concepts for day to day production of in-game art assets
Creating a unique and consistent style for a complete games world
Completes all work in a timely basis
Remains focused, motivated and efective on all tasks th rouge completion
Demonstrates a desire to learn and grow profesionally.

Requirements:
3+ years profesional production experience in Cinematic/games production.

Ability to create concept drawings based on written or verbal notes from the responsible superior / director.

Helping to shape the Art visión of a project.

Sample pictures or link to webpage, with recent sample work which should show a:
#Strong artistic skills.
#Strong emphasis on production concept art.
#Strong drawing and design skills.
#Ken eye on detail, style and realism.
#Strong understanding of games technology limitations but also knowledge when to Push it.
#Collection of concepts tailored to your specialty: characters, props, environments.

Preferencias:
Passion and knowledge of games.

Agile development knowhow.

Knowhow of technology and pipelines.

Bachelors degre in fine arts.

Storyboarding an asset.
