    YAGER - the developer of Spec Ops: The Line - is looking for an experienced In-Game Animator for our current A project. Were looking for people who love working in interdisciplinary teams with a flat Hierachy and in a fast-paced and profesional environment.

    Responsibilities.
    * Create engaging and believable in-game animation while working within the constraints of the brief, technology and game design
    * Troubleshot and solve technical production issues
    * Quickly máster in-house tols
    * Work closely with other disciplines in small interdisciplinary teams.

    Qualifications.
    * 2+ years of profesional experience in game production
    * Strong Maya knowledge
    * Strong key frame animation skills
    * Experience with Motion Capture Data
    * Quality awareness for the requirements of Next-Gen games
    * Ability to handle and prioritize múltiple tasks, met the deadlines and to excel under production conditions
    * God commúnication skills across múltiple disciplines; ability and willingness to accept and follow direction, and to work collaboratively; excel as a team player
    * Strong verbal and written commúnication skills in English.

    Desired Skills.
    * Professional experience develooping a first person action game is a plus
    * God knowledge of the Unreal Engine
    * Knowledge in Motion Builder.

    Qualifications.
    * Prior experience in a game development environment

    * Ability to create great High-polygon Sculpts in ZBrush or Mudbox
    * Create eficient Low-polygon models for well deformable characters
    * Strong texturing skills in Diffuse, Normal- and Speculamapping including eficient UV Sets
    * Understanding of human and animal/creature anatomy
    * Ability to commúnicate efectively in English, both verbally and in writing
    * Experience with Unreal Engine is a plus
    * Ability for Rigging and Skinning in Maya is a plus
    * Ability to take and Apply direction and work well in a team environment.

    As an Outsource Artists at YAGER you are responsible for managing outsourced art assets going to and coming from our outsourcing partners. To ensure the highest quality artwork you ned to have a Ken eye for artistic quality and experience creating 3D game art. You will be working on Dreadnought (www.playdreadnought.com), an awesome and exciting A F2P project with an in-ternational team of highly experienced and talented developers that are passionate about their work.

    Responsibilities:
    Create assets from proxy phase to final shippable quality
    UV mapping and baking
    Able to generate materiales (using Normal Maps, diffuse maps, specular maps, plus PBR)
    Provide feedback to artists and help maintain a close coperación betwen external and internal art teams
    Generate detailed documentation, video reference, and examples of art asset production, procedures, and engine requirements to support the external vendors
    Work closely with the art director and production team to determine outsourcing neds, pipelines, budgets, and costs for art assets.

    Qualifications:
    2+ years of experience in profesional game development
    A gifted eye for helping to develop and work within a designated artistic style, and to exe-cute according to the overall art direction and project goals
    Experience with Unreal 4 tools and workflows including materiales and content optimiza-tions
    Fluency in 3DSMax, ZBrush or Mudbox and Photoshop
    Experience working with art pipelines for real-time 3D Game Engines
    Organizational skills and experience managing múltiple 3D assets in various stages of completion
    Ability to communicate efectively in English, both verbally and in writing
    Passionate about videogames.

    Desirable skills:
    Tho rouge understanding of shading models both real time, and non real-time
    Previous experience working with external art development
