Creo que es un error causado por archivos de versiones anteriores del programa, intenta borrar todo archivo antes de instalar en especial la carpeta /3ds Max de Documentos (C:\Users\Beto\Documents\3ds Max 2013 x64 JP\).

Igual le diste dos veces al botón de instalar, por algún lado del log ley que había dos instancias del instalador ejecutandose a la vez. Saludos.

Eh borrado todo lo relacionado con archivos instalados de Autodesk, utilice el Revo Unistaller para quitar todo tipo de archivo y registro relacionados. Esa carpeta es la única y es la qué contiene los archivos de la instalación junto con el Setup.

El último intento que realice fue para poder sacar la captura y el Log, pero eh intentado de muchas formas previamente y me da el mismo error. Estuve buscando en los foros de Autodesk y encontré que este problema les ah ocurrido con otros softwares de esta compañía y el error proviene por el Microsfot C++, eh tratado de hacer las soluciones que es eliminar todas esas librerías, pero el error continua, por eso acudí a este foro para ver si alguien tenía alguna solución. Muchas gracias a los dos por sus respuestas.
