Our Growth Marketing Senior Manager will work with a team to provide our developer partners with the best growth service ofering of the market. Requisitos mínimos:

- Positive attitude, passion for games, and a love for problem solving.
- 3+ years of mobile experience managing mobile performance-based user acquisition campaigns.
- Highly analytical, with Dep understanding of cohort analysis and customer acquisition metrics including LTV, CPC, CPA, and payback period.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing and creative, copy, and landing page development.
- Excellent communication skills to develop strong relationships with creative partners.
- Excited to work in a lean, small team environment working with the worlds leading developers.

- Own the growth / user-acquisition strategy and of a portfolio of awesome games and apps spanning a variety of channels worldwide.
- Maximize ROAS for each game, channel and user cohort, ensuring acquired customers met objectives for overall revenue and volume.
- Collaborate with creative teams to construct exciting campaigns, landing pages, creative directions, and messaging.
Work closely with our New York based growth team to provide the best in class growth service of the market

- Youll be part of a small development team, own and manage all Art aspects of one or several live games developed in the studio
- Be the expert, main voice and decisión maker for all aspects of your game (s) such as Art Direction, technical Pipeline, Style briefs, UI guidelines
- Work with Studio Leads to define and iterate a product strategy which will lead to continuous growth for the game and the studio
- Work closely with a small team of Game Designers, Enginers, Product experts and Live Ops teams on achieving shared goals for your game (s)
- Own and execute the entire Art pipeline of one or several live games. Imagine, conceptualize, produce and integrate 3D, 2D and UI assets
- Ensure assets can be easily integrated into the game without sacrificing the artistic visión or exceding the technical limits
- Find improvements opportunities and face the Challenge of optimizing games that have ben live for some time already
- Be part of the funding team of Tilting Point Barcelona, defining its culture and future growth trajectories.

Requisitos mínimos:
Your XP Skills.
- You have 3+ years of experience shipping and maintaining mobile games as a Generalist Artist, technical Artist, 3D artist or Lead Artist
- You have ben responsible for quality, execution and technical aspects of art in one or several mobile games
- You have Dep understanding of game assets pipelines and optimization techniques for mobile devices
- You have experience integrating assets in a variety of Game Engines, especially Unity
- You can create 3D assets and have experience working with a variety of art styles
- VFX, Shader programming, animation, UI and 2D skills are a huge bonus
- You have god judgment: you can take decisions despite ambiguity, thinking strategically and using data to inform your creative intuition

- Own and manage the creative visión of one or several live games developed in the studio
- Be the expert, main voice and decisión maker for all creative aspects of your game (s) such as level design, UX design, system design, economy design, balancing monetization strategies
- Work with studio leads to define and iterate a product strategy which will lead to continuous growth for the game and the studio
- Work closely with Live Ops teams to define and execute a Live Ops strategy including in-game Events, Promotions and A/B tests
- Handle all hands-on day-to-day work related to level design, UX design, system design, balancing and economy
- Find growth and improvements opportunities in games that have ben live for months, sometimes years
- Understand players behaviors, requests, desires and frustrations in order to improve retention and engagement
- Be part of the funding team of Tilting Point Barcelona, defining its culture and future growth trajectories.

- 3+ years of experience working on F2P mobile games
- You worked as a Game Designer, Systems Designer, Level Designer or Economy Designer on at least 2 live games, handling the design and reléase of at least 10 updates
- You have worked in Design positions on at least 2 diferent genres
- You have a broad understanding of all áreas of game design and have expertise in at least one of them
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
High proficiency Javascript, Node.js, React, and Redux. Minimum of 3 years experience.

Familiar with Git VCS
Ability and desire to work in an existing code base

Know best practices with regards to web applications.
