Everguild is currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our multiplayer online card game The Horus Heresy: Legions to help our players around the globe with their issues and queries, ensuring the smoothest play experience possible.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, with excellent customer service skills, as well as superb written and verbal communications.

Requisitos mínimos:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong motivation and high level of commitment.

Customer-orientation.

Robust troubleshooting skills.

Everguild is currently looking for a highly passionate Junior Video Editor & Motion Grapher to work closely with the Marketing team to create stunning trailers and videos for our new and existing games.

Requisitos mínimos:

Extensive experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.

Proactivity and ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

Strong motivation, high level of commitment and robust troubleshooting skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
